Description:
The MOR-200-90 rotation stage is a high-precision motorized equipment that offers a full 360° continuous motion. With a precision ground worm gear, it generates consistent driving torque to the rotating carriage. The proprietary ball bearing design ensures smooth rotation with minimal to no wobbling.
This rotation stage has a 90mm central aperture and comes with a hardware origin, which allows for continuous rotation. There is a hall effect sensor built into the rotation stage that serves as the zero position. This prevents the top plate from moving in a negative direction to pass over the zero position.
The scale ring around the top plate can be manually turned. After the stage is returned to the zero position by the controller or software, the scale ring can be adjusted manually to align with the 0 scales.
To operate the MOR-200-90 rotation stage, you can connect it with our motion controller via the DB9 interface. It is then controlled by our computer software via the USB or RS232 interface on the controller.
