Description:
This product is a closed-loop rotary stage that includes an encoder for superior position feedback, providing microradian precision and continuous 360° rotation. The motorized rotation stages use a ground worm gear structure, while the shaft system is precisely made of bearing steel, ensuring high precision and big load capacity.
This motorized rotation stage has a central aperture with a diameter of 30mm and a zero position, which is marked by a hall effect sensor built into the rotation stage. This design ensures that the rotation stage can't move in a negative direction and pass over the zero position.
It can connect with our motion controller via the DB9 interface and is controlled by our computer software via the Ethernet interface on the controller. The clearance elimination structure is designed for long-time working, making it perfect for various applications requiring precise and continuous rotation.
