Description:

 

Our motorized positioning stages can be easily controlled via PC software using either the standard RS232 interface on the motion controller or the provided RS232-USB converter.

 

The free software provides robust functionality for users. It allows configuring a variety of motion solutions to control one or multiple motorized positioning stages, enabling automatic movement with different speeds and displacements through software. The ability to control multiple motion controllers in a single software window can be easily achieved by opening multiple serial ports.

 

The serial port commands are designed to provide direct control of motorized positioning stages via the RS232 serial port, thereby facilitating program development. The ActiveX control and DLL enable rapid secondary development via LabView, Matlab, Visual Basic, or C++, making it an ideal solution for professional applications.

 

This series of motion controllers do not support the simultaneous motion control of multiple-axis positioning stages. Simultaneous motion control can be implemented via another controller in our MOC-03 series  .

 

When utilizing NEMA17 stepper motors, it is recommended to adjust the current in accordance with the user manual.
