Description:
The MOR-100-36-T rotation stage is a device that allows for precision 360° continuous motion in a compact design. The rotating carriage is moved by a precision ground worm gear that provides consistent torque. The proprietary ball bearing design keeps the rotation smooth and steady.
This motorized rotation stage has a hardware origin and permits continuous 360° rotation. The central aperture has a diameter of 36mm. The rotation stage features a hall effect sensor that acts as the zero position, preventing the top plate from moving in a negative direction and passing over the zero position.
The scale ring around the top plate can be manually turned. After the stage is reset to the zero position by the controller or software, the scale ring can be manually rotated to align with the 0 scales.
It can be connected to our motion controller via the DB9 interface and can be controlled through our computer software using the USB or RS232 interface on the controller.
