Description:
This motorized rotary stage uses the integrated stepper motor which has a combined motor, driver and encoder. This motorized rotary stage can be controlled by the computer software directly instead of a stand-alone controller. The highest microstep resolution can be set to 51200 steps/rev. The encoder has stall detection and stall prevention functions. It can prevent the motor from stalling and provide position maintenance when the motor is stopped.
Along with the motorized rotary stage, we provide a power supply box which has included the power supply inside, all the necessary cables, interface ports and the RS485 to USB converter. The power supply box needs to be bought separately. The motorized rotary stage can be easily controlled by our software or by serial port commands. By using the serial port commands, users can easily make their programs via LabView or Matlab.
A precision ground worm gear produces consistent driving torque to the rotating carriage. The proprietary ball bearing design provides smooth rotation with minimal wobble. The clearance elimination is designed for long life. The clearance is easily adjusted by a spanner.
This motorized rotation stage is equipped with a hardware origin and allows for continuous rotation of 360°. The central aperture is 30mm. A hall effect sensor (as the zero position) is built in the rotation stage, so the rotation stage can't move in a negative direction to pass over the zero position.
