Description:
The MOR-200-55 motorized rotation stage is a high-precision device that uses a precision ground and hardened worm gear with self-compensating preload, coupled with precision crossed roller bearings, to ensure its accuracy and consistency. The ground worm gear produces a consistent driving torque to the rotating carriage, while the crossed roller bearings provide high rotation accuracy and are capable of bearing loads in every direction.
With a central aperture of 55mm and a hardware origin, this motorized rotation stage allows for a continuous rotation of 360°. It is also equipped with a hall effect sensor that serves as the zero position, preventing the top plate from moving in a negative direction and passing over the zero position.
To control the device, it can be connected to our motion controller via the DB9 interface, and our computer software can be used to operate it via the USB or RS232 interface on the controller.
