Description:
This product is a closed-loop rotary stage that provides microradian precision and continuous 360° rotation. It includes an encoder that offers superior position feedback for rotational accuracy.
The MOR-215-70-G motorized rotation stage utilizes a precision ground and hardened worm gear with self-compensating preload and precision crossed roller bearings. The worm gear produces consistent driving torque to the rotating carriage, while the crossed roller bearings with high rotation accuracy are capable of bearing loads in every direction.
This motorized rotation stage has a central aperture of 70mm and is equipped with a hardware origin, allowing for continuous rotation of 360°. It also has a hall effect sensor built in, which functions as the zero position and prevents the top plate from moving in a negative direction over the zero position.
This stage can be connected to our motion controller through the DB9 interface and then controlled via our computer software, which communicates with the controller through the Ethernet interface.
