Description:
The FAP-GON goniometer provides precision rotation (θX) about the axis of the fiber. This is useful for aligning polarization maintaining fiber or fiber arrays. The goniometer attaches to FAP-XYZ linear alignment stages directly. The FAP-GON goniometer includes a micrometer for precision positioning. It can be used in either right- or left-hand configurations.
An easy-to-sue dovetail mounting rail on the top surface stages provides a single, common reference surface for precise and secure attachment of fiber systems and device holders for alignment form the fiber alignment accessories.
